Terms and Conditions

AISL Academy e-Shop is operated by AISL Academy, a brand operated by AISL Academy HK Limited (“AAHK”). These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between you and AAHK, and are binding upon both you and AAHK. Please be advised that AISL Academy e-Shop only serves as a platform for course purchases. The courses you purchase are provided by Invisible Thread Limited and Russell Academy (collectively, the "Course Provider"), and you agree to exercise your own judgment when purchasing or participating in any course.

AISL Academy assists you in communicating with the Course Provider for administrative matters of the courses, including but not limited to enrolment, course changes, withdrawal and refunds. The Course Provider  is solely responsible for all other aspects of the courses, including the content design, preparation, delivery and quality assurance of the courses.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, these policies and terms and conditions apply to all courses offered by the Course Provider. These terms and conditions and policies are designed to ensure program quality, administrative efficiency, and the protection of intellectual property. Before purchasing any course, you should carefully read these Terms and Conditions (minors should read them in the presence of a guardian).

By filling in the required information as prompted on the course purchase page and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If, during your review of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, you do not agree with any part of them, you should not purchase any course.
